Amber’s impact extends beyond branding. She is a relentless advocate for gender equity in the creative industry, a mentor to emerging leaders, and a dynamic public speaker. Her multi-faceted approach to leadership spans design innovation, education, and thought leadership. In 2023, she launched Bite Big – Boss Women Leading Big Brands, a podcast designed to amplify the voices of diverse female business leaders and inspire the next generation of women in marketing and creative services.
Amber’s agency Edison regularly gives back to the community with a portion of the annual revenue going towards pro bono work in industries that support the underprivileged, minority groups, the disadvantaged and sustainability initiatives.

Design for Good is an Edison initiative, committing a minimum of 3% of annual revenue to heavily discounted work for not-for-profits and purpose-led organisations. Guided by clear frameworks and industry collaboration, the program applies strategic design to real societal challenges — demonstrating how commercial creativity can also create meaningful, measurable impact.
DESIGN FOR GOOD
For Amber, design has always been about more than commercial outcomes. Her “head and heart” approach balances sharp strategy with genuine social and environmental care. Through her leadership at Edison, she commits at least 3% of annual revenue to purpose-led projects, working closely with charities, B Corps and mission-driven organisations.
She believes design is a responsibility — and a powerful lever for change. That means creating practical, sustainable solutions (not just beautiful ones), championing inclusion and equity, and mentoring the next generation to use their creativity in ways that genuinely improve the world around them.
